Toilet - Ek Prem Katha (2017)
he movie has everything to be called as a good movie.
Movie: Toilet - Ek Prem Katha Review: The movie has everything to be called as a good movie. Yesterday I watched this movie and yeah it was a first day first show for that multiplex. The movie has everything to be called as a good entertainer. Unusual strong story full of humorous one liners is portrayed very well in the movie. It's a long 150+ min movie but keeps on entertaining from beginning till the end. Acting wise every character has played his part very well and the movie proves the importance of supporting characters to make a good movie. What has been taken care of is native language - the accent is very well used by the entire team , since the plot of the movie is in Mandgaon: a village close to Mathura. Something that will be new for most of the viewers is Latth maar Holi, that is a part of Holi celebration in Mathura. Overall it's a good entertainer and the content of movie might force government authorities to make it tax free.
Ghayal Once Again (2016)
Ghayal Ones Again unable to produce a fierce Sunny Deol
One of the most iconic revenge dramas of 1990's returns as 'GHAYAL ONES AGAIN', the film marks an action-packed comeback of Sunny Deol and audience will also get to see his 'Dhai kilo ka haath' but actions scenes arrives very late. I would just say it as an above average movie. The trademark Ghayal background score at the starting matches that of Singham Series. Sunny as a writer tried to keep it simple but the simplicity couldn't be executed during the screenplay that makes the story some what predictable. The strong dialogues and power packed punches are sadly missing from the film. The whole film is shot in Mumbai with some magnificent camera-work around Ambani mansion. The cinematography is like showing a 1990's film with modern style. There is smooth flow of story with no interruptions in the form of songs or love angle between Soha and Sunny and this goes in favour of the movie. Sunny is not as fierce as he was in Ghayal and Ghatak. Thankfully the hand to hand fights seems to be realistic there were no flying thugs and cars. Despite the flaws, Sunny as 'Ajay Mehra' exudes the sincerity and unbreakable spirit of a common man. If you are a fan of Sunny Paaji you should watch it, but watch only if you are having free time of two hours, as you might like the movie for time, you are watching the movie.
Airlift (2016)
Deftly done Film: Airlift
Finally watched Airlift.... smile emoticon This is Akshay Kumar's best ever.... Raja Menon's Airlift will give you goosebumps with fast paced gritting thrills and excitement. The last 20 minutes tell us, why we should feel proud as an Indian. This is a deftly done film, which slide a little in the second half, but never abandons its mission: to tell the story of unsung heroes. Akshay Kumar leads from the front, but shares space when it is needed: Nimrat Kaur, keeps pace with her co-star ; Inaamulhaq as Saddam's man-in-Kuwait, is suitably menacing, Belawadi (George) as the annoying refugee, Kohli is kohl-eyed and restrained and makes us feel for him, Kumud Mishra as the MoEA Babu, disinterested at first, then taking charge, fits right in. Sometimes, being human comes naturally to cinema. That's the moment we need to salute, celebrate and sanctify such movies so that we get to see more unsung heroes on screen. We didn't know Ranjit Katyal. It's Team Airlift has brought this unclaimed hero out of the rubble of history. For your money and time, Some previous movies of Akshay Kumar makes him, the most watchable star in Bollywood today. See Airlift, you will know why. #Airlift #ProudIndian
