Great show !!!

I really recommend to watch it if you like drama crime series. I am so in love with Nam Joo Hyuk character and I truly wish it will come out season 2 with great stories like this season 1. He always ended up being in Kdrama like romance so first I worried that he won't fit in this action hero character. But I was wrong cuz it turns out it's one of the best character for Nam Joo Hyuk.

Without a doubt this series is the best action webtoon series in Disney + and just watch till the end. I can assure one thing that this will make u so hype like hero without superpower who works for people. U will feel revenge, the best fighting, unlike other kdrama series.

Really deserves 9 or 10 out of 10.

Bad Words (2013)

AMAZING COMEDY

Its story can be a bit formulaic- but its charm unmeasurable- Bad Word is a hilarious and surprisingly entertaining little comedy that truly belongs in the hands of Bateman. Let me just start off by saying I absolutely loved Jason Bateman in this movie. He is so incredibly cruel and mean-spirited, and yet somehow manages to make his character so enjoyable to watch on screen- and I don't think a single other actor could have done that. Not to mention he also directed the film, which honestly, without his touch, could have been a lot more bland- and I love the way he balanced the script's themes throughout. Andrew Dodge wrote the script for this film and though its structurally a little bland- the dialogue is often genius and I loved every wisecracking minute it showed on screen. The cinematography is also quite unique as well, and the cast is all pretty solid. It may be obvious, but the film also does have a heart in the center of its hard core- and honestly surprised me by how much it was able to make me care for the characters at hand given the subject matter. It's a peculiar concept and a brilliant execution- Bateman makes this film what it is- and i'm so glad I finally gave it the chance it deserved.

Must watch !!!!!!!!

Madame (1961)

So funny so witty

This is glorious French theatre all the way at its best, and of course Sophia Loren is predominantly the shining star that outshines even Napoleon, who nevertheless is very well played by Julien Bertheau, who is especially convincing as the young twerp fooling around with exploding artillery in Paris in August 1792. Christian-Jacques made many historical films and was if anyone an expert of them, and they are all sumptuous and glorious in rendering history alive. The washer-woman Sophia Loren, "Madame Sans-Gêne", meaning the lady who is not ashamed of herself, makes one of her best performances in this thoroughly French film and, as Napoleon admits himself, is the only one who masters him successfully. Since they knew each other well in the gunsmoke of the Paris revolutionary gutters, when it comes to a crisis and Napoleon threatens to dishonour her, forcing her to an involuntary divorce, she recalls the young prig Napoleon of the gutters and finds him rather changed as an emperor, while she hasn't changed at all and still knows how to rebuke him and put him in his place. It's above all glorious theatre, and the historical scenery gives the comedy full justice and a perfect frame. Any admirer of Sophia Loren should never miss this one.

9 out of 10 for me.

Awful without Ricky Gervais !!

Like most people I have very litle interest in these awards shows - just look at the lack of reviews. I skipped through it as much as possible, ESPECIALLY WITHOUT RICKY GERVAIS !!!!

The Host was a shocker - he was son 'safe and boring' that I am sure many people there fell asleep. There was no energy and no friction.

Sure Will smaking Chris was out of order, and so was his comment about Will's wife, and we dont want that again. But there needs to be some 'action' and some 'feeling'.

This is what happens when you dont try so hard not to offend or upset anyone - it means that you bore the hell out of everyone.

Like many people I didnt watch it all and just looked up all the winners the next day.

Bring Ricky Gervais back !!!!

Very pleasantly surprised !!

Sylvester Stallone is officially back with a non pc action/comedy, he actually has great comic acting and Timing! This is for your old school action /comedy fan's. There won't be a massive intellectual storyline but as long as we get to see Stallone beat up some people I'm happy. Martin starr is also very good as the wimpy dispensary store owner, He's a very good actor and is underrated in the roles he takes on. I love watching the action stars of the 70/80/90s. It's great too see them keeping this genre alive with old school action and humour. You don't need them to dress up in skin tight uniforms and have magical powers to have a solid action movie/ tv show. This is a breath of fresh air and I hope they keep making programs like this and keep away from superhero stuff.

Just like the first season this 1st episode of the second season is super super funny and cringy.

Very witty writing and dialogues; I find the slow burning low profile humour is absolutely amazing.

Loving the whole Italian and Sicilian atmosphere and vibe it's a bit exotic but not too much neither.

Speak No Evil (2022)

Great drama , metaphor of uncontrolled immigration in Europe

No spoiler here however when you watch it simply think of the Dans being overly kind, tolerant, civilized and respectful towards other culture and religion modern day Europeans, and the Dutch being migrants who do not share the same state of mind and appreciation of other people's religion, culture and people. The very final scene shows you how the whole movie is a metaphor of immigration in Europe coming from Africa and Middle East.

Even though the movie is slow it is very thrilling, captivating and makes you feel very uncomfortable for the characters which is really really fun.

Give it a try, i give it 10/10.

First off I am French so I watched it in French language.

It is supposed to be a comedy but it is not funny (dialogues, situations, etc... all are not funny) , it is excessively woke , the acting and production quality are below par.

AVOID don't waste your time or money !!

I am a movie buff and quite amazingly had never seen this movie before, nor even heard of it which I find hard to believe considering how good it is !!

Believe all the positive reviews, a very well knitted drama with a great script, great acting and great story telling!!

Just like in the first movie the Outlaws the main character Ma is so much fun to watch.

Travelling to exotic places visiting local towns and beaches and of course surfing the best waves; the comments and narrator are so damn funny, i am so surprised this doesn't have more reviews.

A must watch, even if you are not a big fan of surf.

When writing this review only the 1st episode is out , and waouh what a super cool wild ride. Extremely captivating , very interesting characters and story.

Interviews of old mountain folks and a look at their lifestyle, love the banjo, Appalachian beautiful land, amazing stories, amazing people.

Alan Lomax documented and cataloged a lot of types of Americana in terms of music....a great man

It had potential to do something a bit original, a bit creative, but if you are a movie buff and know the story line or saw the trailer then you already know how it will end.... absolutely no surprise or originality;

the writers / producers / director had no courage doing something different than the boring typical happy ending.

Also without a doubt over acted and over dramatic.

I turned it off after 30 minutes , i've watched a few documentaries about celebrities and big athletes and i simply think the quality of this one is below average, and actually doing a documentary on Rooney is ''over rated'' , even if he was a very good players there are dozens and dozens of players who are at least as good as him.

First half for me is much better, the second half as some other reviews point out is kind of typical and predictable' but still worth the watch.

Olivia is constantly portrayed as the all-wise, all-knowing . What she has become is a sanctimonious preacher of woke gospel, now days SVU is non-stop wokeness, mean white males, everyone being gay and queer, etc... It makes quite good storylines nauseating.

The producers / writers should re-watch the first few seasons of the show from 15-20 years ago to get inspiration of what is a quality show.
