Incredibly intense and gripping show. Casting is superb. First season was a slow burn, but the finale was explosive. Standing up pacing in front of the TV kinda of wow.

This is a slow burn, and as such, the ending just blew me away. Everything came into focus beautifully. I noticed most reviewers either loved it or hated it. This one requires you to think, so if your not up to it then don't watch it. Dementia is the monster and horror in this film. The score and atmosphere was incredible. This one will stick with me. Wonderful film!

I'm sure many folks out there didn't get all the way through it. It was an incredibly sad film. Moore was incredible and there are some very moving scenes but not quite enough to lift you out of the utter despair of the film. It leaves you thinking about it long after it's over.

The flashbacks in this film tell the story and "The monster" was metaphorical. The acting was incredible. The story is sad, but an accurate description of addiction and the destruction it leaves it in path. Worth the watch.

First of all it's nothing like 2012. It's also not really a disaster movie. It's a drama and suspense film. Kept me on the edge of my seat the entire film. I just dont get the one star ratings. It was pretty tense. I'd say it was also pretty realistic, in this crazy time, how can anyone say it couldn't happen.... honestly.

As a thriller goes, this was pretty good. More importantly this film, in a not so subtle way, it brings attention to quite a few things we as a people deal with. 1. A lack of common courtesy amoung strangers. 2. Distracted driving and the consequences. 3. Stepping up to help when a stranger needs our help. I just thought there was a little more to this film that many folks didn't catch. Kinda sad really, because just the couple of significant social issues presented in this film made it worth the watch. I felt the impact. We have the guy who dies trying to help, then the 15 people who sit there and film a crime with their phones rather than assist. I think it was a good attempt to get a distracted audience to pay attention. Although based on many of these 1 star reviews, it failed. Or maybe its just the reviewers. I hope its the later.

Okay, come on peeps. This wasn't "the worst movie ever made". Give me a break. It was entertaining enough and sparked a world wide phenomenon. I can name about 30 teenagers who loved this flick. What does interest me is how almost every immediately available review is a 1. How are these reviews published Imdb? Im suspicious.

For those that gave it one star, seriously, why? This movie was enjoyable. I don't understand all the hate at all. I would really give it a 6 or 7 but rated higher to balance out all the 1 star ratings. It deserves better than that.

This is clearly not for most. This isn't one size fits all, I don't know its even entertainment. The reality of the subject matter is uncomfortable for some. It's at times hard to watch, but not all film and television is about happy endings, unicorns and rainbows. Here's the great thing about freedom, If you don't like it, shut it off! I enjoyed it (most of the time) just for the acting and orginality.

This was one of the best films I've seen in more than a decade. The character development was amazing and Joaquin was nothing short of spectacular. It wasn't what I expected and that was refreshing. It's a human experience and is relevant to our society, as sad as that is. I was thinking about this film for days after I viewed it. Thought provoking. Tragic and insightful. A must see.

Okay this movie was completely original and from the mind of a great writer. I think his idea got lost in translation here. It was enjoyable enough to watch because it was such a creative, unique horror Story. But the intention was much more than horror, and it left a lot of viewers very confused. I watched it again and it made more sense the second time around. I think it was a good film just because it was so unique, although I don't think his full thoughts or ideas were portrayed the way he thought they were going to be.

This film touched on many issues , while keeping me intrigued and on the edge of my seat. I never knew what to expect, and the storyline just became more and more engaging as time went on. A really well-made film, completely unpredictable, loved it.

The acting was great, and the concept was even better. Excellent acting, although I think Diane Lane was a little wasted in the film, she's too big of a talent to not showcase a little bit more. You really have to pay attention to the details and the film takes you on a surreal Journey. I enjoyed it, but if you're not in the movies you need to think about, then this one isn't for you.
