Supernatural: Carry On (2020)
Like they couldn't have just called Jack
Like seriously, their first thought wasn't to call Jack to come heal Dean, but instead Dean just takes and wants to die? Yeah, ok... the penultimate is the real series finale.
The Rookie: Backstabbers (2022)
Decent episode
It was good to see a surprise reappearance from Greg Grunberg again! And they gave his small cameo appearance from before a redemption with this episode. I liked how they included the real life BS going down in LA, such as the packages be stolen from trains. Also glad to see a little Tim and Lucy fun with that dance.
Snowpiercer: Ouroboros (2022)
Another bad waste of an episode
They clearly had to plan for a direction for Season 3, this is some terrible writing. Now we went from having a random vision/dream about a tree that came out of nowhere, now we're having a whole dream episode. 🙄
Snowpiercer: Born to Bleed (2022)
Not a fan of that death
I am not a fan of the way this season is going. The writing just seems worse. I hate how they just killed Pike off like that. Just some dumb decisions being made this season.
Snowpiercer: A New Life (2022)
Stop forcing out of nowhere relationships
2 episodes in a row with forced relationships that basically came out of nowhere. Though I was fine with the Ruth and Pike relationship forming last episode, that fell apart in this episode already. And then they completely force a relationship happen out of nowhere in this episode. I knew it was gonna happen when he took his shirt off then noticed she was randomly laying on a bed in the room. So badly written. What is happening to this series this season? Did the showrunner change, new writers, what?
Snowpiercer: Bound by One Track (2022)
Some good and bad filler
I did like the back story of Alex. As well as seeing Melanie again, even though it was only hallucinations. I thought they took it a bit too far with Alex when the Melanie in her head was telling her things like loving Wilford is ok though. Like c'mon now, that's just dumb writing.
Ted Lasso: Beard After Hours (2021)
The success of season 1 got to the writers heads
The title was a quote my brother said while watching this episode. And I think that's really true. Or did they get a bunch of new writers? IDK, but Season 2 does not have the same feel, and is like a different show this season.
This review from the previous episode almost perfectly states how I feel about the show this season, this is the review:
"This show has officially gone off the rails. Last season's nice formula of humor, good feelings, and the occasional drama is now reversed.
Hollywood's highly questionable sensibilities are on full display. The show has the unmitigated audacity to lecture about profanity, while putting it on full display throughout for "laughs".
Ted Lasso is no longer any sort of hero other than the male feminist's emasculated version of such. He's no longer playing coy, he's just a effing dumbass.
Everyone is discovering their fake true natures, the personal dramas are suffocating the feel-good moments, of which there are very few in this particular episode. Those that are, feel forced and out of place.
45 minutes of unrelenting bad soap opera preaching utopian concepts that never have, and never will work in the real world."
The Americans: Munchkins (2016)
Terrible way to go
I hate the way they wrote off Rixhard Thomas' Gaad. It was completely unnecessary to kill him off that way, or even at all. He deserved more respect than the way his character went out. So stupid. Why couldn't they have just let him be written off where he's just in retirement?
Some of the plots for this episode just felt a bit like some bad writing, which is rare for this show.
Reign of Fire (2002)
Never heard of this movie before
I had never heard of this movie until the Corridor Crew made a video that talked about it.
This movie is actually really good! I love the explanations on how stuff happened, and how the dragons were explained. I thought it was pretty genius actually. And the VFX all really hold up, which is actually really surprising for having been made back in 2002.
I honestly do not know why this movie has such low rated reviews on a lot of different sites. This movie is definitely unappreciated by a lot of people.
Supergirl: Back from the Future - Part One (2020)
Good episodes, but there are shippers who hate this
This episode was actually pretty good. I loved seeing Winn again. I also loved his scene Brainy.
It's also funny to see all these Supercorp shippers spamming this episode with 1 star because Kara seems to have another romance brewing. It's only your (Supercorp shippers) own faults for ALWAYS seeing things that weren't there. I mean she did say right away in the Pilot episode of the series that she isn't gay. You shippers need to get that into your thick skulls! Stating that fact does not make one a homophobe, which you shippers are constantly throwing that out there, along with the word "queerbait". Just because you shippers see stuff that weren't there, it doesn't mean it was "queerbait". You over used that word.
Anyway, get over yourselves, this was a good episode!
Arrow: Reset (2019)
Fantastic episode
What a fantastic episode! The acting was great, and seeing Quentin again was amazing! There was just so many emotions in this episode! I love when the Arrowverse does Groundhog Day inspired episodes! I loved all the Oliver and Laurel, Oliver and Quentin, and Laurel and Quentin scenes together! I love how Laurel got to tell Quentin how much he meant to her, and finally got her goodbye with him.
Also fantastic Director job by David Paul Ramsey!
Supergirl: Confidence Women (2019)
Terrible fast paced episode
This episode is extremely fast paced, and overall just terrible. However, I did enjoy seeing Jon Cryer's Lex Luthor again.
Supergirl: The House of L (2019)
One of the best episodes of the entire series!
I seriously do not get why the episode has such a low right. It deserves to be in the 9's at the very least. And I read some of the 1 Star reviews, and they're just plain wrong about this episode!
I love that we finally get a Red Daughter episode! The Red Daughter is being manipulated into working for the bad guys, and I think when/if she ever fully figures this out, she'll turn on them, and help Supergirl. As we saw, she knows that Supergirl/ Kara is a good person. But also, based off of the promo for the next episode, she'll do some major damage to Supergirls reputation.
I was very skeptical about Jon Cryer play Lex Luthor, but I'm actually loving his Lex! Which is truly surprising to me.
I liked the time jumps, and how they hinted exactly where they were when they were showing them, but apparently it confused some people. Those people must not be paying much attention when watching the show.
The Orville: Lasting Impressions (2019)
This show is beautiful!
This show is so beautifully written! In less than 45 minutes, they also made me fall in love with a simulation in the show.
The Rookie: Greenlight (2019)
Great memorable episode!
The episode starts out just like any normal episode. But by the end, it left me in tears!
I've always liked the Captain, and I loved how she was always nice to Officer Nolan! I liked Officer Nolan's courage in this episode!
I'll be honest, I did suspect something bad might happen to the Captain in this episode the second she decided to drive with Officer Nolan. Well it turns out I was right, but I wish I wasn't!
I really felt bad for Officer Nolan, and I was really sad that they killed this great Captain. But at least we know the show has the balls to do something like this.
I've watched many great TV shows, yet maybe 1 or 2 shows have made me actually cry with tears running down my face. Well, I can add this show to the list. I'm gonna miss not being able to see the Captain, and I thought the actress was great, so I'll miss her too.
Arrow: Star City 2040 (2019)
This is not the Arrow I fell in love with
I know that I have thought Arrow hasn't been as good previously, but in this episode, this is honestly the first time in a while I can truthfully say that this isn't the Arrow I fell in love with. I'm just now coming to that realization while watching this episode tonight. It's kinda sad really.
This is not how this show was supposed to go. The first 2 seasons were amazing! Then they started to focus, and pander to a ship that isn't even canon in the comics, and to their shippers.
Now they want us to watch an all future episode, with absolutely nothing in it being canon from other Green Arrow stuff. It just doesn't feel right, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Say what you will about Laurel, but at least it never got this bad with her storylines. You can not say the same for the Felicity, and Olicity storylines, as is well represented by the reception of the end of Season 3, and all of Season 4, and all Felicity/Olicity centric episodes after that too on this site.
Sadly the writers could've changed things up for the better this season, and it seemed like they were in the first half of the season with Oliver in the prison. Excuse my lack of a better term, but the writers didn't have the balls to do anything to their mary sue original creation Felicity Smoak. Sadly that is one thing they mistakenly continue to do, and did so again in this episode. I mean c'mon, Felicity is older than Roy, and she barely looked any older in this episode, while Roy looks 20 years older than her.
I have got to say this has been the worst episode of Arrow in a while, and this is one of the first times I have ended an episode of any show and felt depressed about how downhill it has gone. The only highlights of the episode for me was seeing Nyssa again (though I thought the training Mia while she's aging montage was pretty stupid), and the Spider-Man reference.
The Rookie: Heartbreak (2019)
Gayness our of nowhere
There was never any signs up until this episode that Jackson was gay. I'm not trying to be homophobic, it just feels like it came out of nowhere. It seems like Titus (Actor playing Jackson) is just gonna be a stereotyped to play gay characters for the rest of his career, as this is the second show I've watched him in playing a gay character, previously turning a straight character into a gay character for its final season. I'm just not a big fan of stuff coming out of blue.
Arrow: The Ties That Bind (2018)
A meh episode
The beginning of the episode where Diaz is attacking everybody was great, but beyond that was meh. The worst parts of the episode was everything that Felicity did. And of course they made Oliver apologize. In his apology he said I should have trusted you to keep yourself safe., If he would've done that, then Felicity would've been shot in the back of the head by Diaz. So no, he did not need to apologize for not trusting her to keep herself safe in those situations, because she can't. Felicity was clearly in the wrong as she nearly got herself killed, and Oliver could have gotten killed too, since he was distracted trying to protect her. This is just one of the main reasons why this episode was so bad, because stuff like that is just terribly written, just to try to make Felicity look like a better, and stronger character than she really is. In reality, she is a terrible character that brings down the show, especially in this episode, and episodes where she acts like this.
Arrow: The Devil's Greatest Trick (2018)
Great Episode
After this lackluster season, other than the 2 Slade episodes, and the crossover, it's about time we get a great episode! I see Oliciters calling this episode bad, and filler, which it is nothing even close to those 2 things, I think they're just mad about there being little to no Olicity/Felicity in the episode, and it having a lot of Laurel (Black Siren) in it. I'm stoked to see her redemption, which this episode basically told us was going to happen. The Richard Dragon twist in killing Cayden James, and taking over as the big bad was predicted a long time ago, but it was still cool to see it come to fruition.
Now on to the things I didn't like so much. Well there's William, he was once again very annoying, and I didn't like that he just went to where the Green Arrow was, that was just dumb. There was Rene, once again being annoying. It's such a shame what they have done to his character, he was one of my favorite additions from last season, but they sure did mess that up this season. And lastly, this isn't to do with the actual episode itself, but the Oliciters and what they've been saying about this episode is a lie. The writers seriously need to stop pandering to them, and produce more episodes like this instead. Don't let them tell you this episode was bad, because it wasn't. Please don't listen to them. I know that last part was a bit off topic, but it has to be said.
Arrow: Irreconcilable Differences (2017)
Olicity is ruining this show
I know a 1 might seem harsh, but this episode was terrible, and I need to show just how terrible it is by rating it a 1, and if you were just as dissatisfied about not only this episode, but where they're going with this show right now, I think you should rate it what you think it deserves, and possibly leave a review too. It's like they get their material straight out of Tumblr. Olicity is something that most people don't want, only a certain toxic fandom wants it. Oliver was a dick this episode, and the writers just threw away a seasons worth of character development for everyone for the sake of Olicity and OTA (Original Team Arrow).
The writers, and producers of Arrow need to stop listening, and catering to the vocal minority toxic fandom that are known as Oliciters. They need to stop pandering to them. The show has gone downhill fast since they keep listening to what they want, instead of what the actual fans of Arrow want. They did see what happened to Season 4 right?! Well that same thing is happening right now. The show is supposed to be about Oliver as the Green Arrow, not Felicity and Friends. Nobody likes Olicity outside of that toxic fandom they cater to. Please, it needs to stop!
