Steel (2015)
What an amazing film!
OK so I thought to myself "hmmm gay films are never usually that good." But this one is!
It deals with depression, anxiety attacks and loneliness in a way no other film to my mind ever has! Yes the full-frontal was a bonus I agree there.
My only issue and it is a major one, was that this guy that helps him through almost the entire film ends up being imaginary! That was a really big 'up yours' to me and I have to say I would have preferred it if the film ended right after they got home from shopping. Alexander could say 'I love you' for the billionth time (lol) and finally Daniel could say it back. The end.
Don't get me wrong, I totally get why they did this and I'm not saying it didn't make sense because it did, but it just hit me in the gut when they revealed it.
Guys a lot of gay films out there suck. I know this for a fact. But this one, NOT AT ALL!
Well done to Sven Matten and Vincent Ho on piecing together nothing short of a masterpiece.
The Fosters: Kingdom Come (2016)
OK...um...yeah.
I want to start this review by saying I am a huge fan of this show. I have loved it from day one and watch it religiously. Now onto the finale.
Cut to the part that made me sick! Jude & his 'friend' (who happens to be a girl) Taylor. Jude needs consoling and yay his friend Taylor is there, but (and it's a BIG but) Jude tells her that he's 'not sure' if he is gay anymore and that he's never kissed a girl before.
I'm sorry are you friggen kidding me!
This show has pushed so many barriers (its one of the reasons I love it so much) one of them is having a young poster-boy gay character in the show. This is fantastic for all the juniors that are gay in high school to look up to. Yay right? Well apparently not for the fosters as they now seem to be shoving that to the side ("Oooh bye-bye, see ya, we're over that now, it was just a phase) and having him question being straight.
Now OK, I get that kids explore their sexuality so before anyone hounds me with 'what the hell man? he's young he's allowed to do that' I'm not saying he can't, but what I am saying is: This is the only kid in the whole show that is gay, his kiss with Connor pushed through so many barriers, the show revolutionized age-brackets with gay characters, all for what? To say: OK, we're done with that now?! Sorry, but just no. Jude is the only gay character, let him stay gay, for Pete's sake.
It took how many seasons for him to FINALLY kiss Connor? And what? Now because it's not PC they have to change his sexuality after young people have grown to idolize his character? Ummmm no! Just...no!
Anyway so there is more that happened and feel free to watch for more. But really for me 5/10.
American Dad!: The Two Hundred (2016)
OMG I just wasted half an hour of my life!
OMG This episode suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked!
I am a huge fan of American Dad and Seth McFarlane in general, but oh my god let me tell you, I could have done without this episode.
First of all, we 'land' into the middle of a story that we spend the entire episode trying to figure out (where normally American Dad explains itself so well with a clear beginning, middle and end). Secondly, there is an apocalypse of sorts, awesome right? Yeah, when you're advised of this within the first two minutes!
Also the majority of the episode is split into smaller stories with Stan explaining why he just so happened to have certain tattoos on his body. (OMG can anyone say '22 short films about Springfield?' thank god it was only 4).
The ONLY and I do mean ONLY saving grace of this episode was seeing 200 of Roger's disguises including but not limited to: Legman, Sidney Huffman, Jenny Fromdabloc (admittedly the first one that made me go "Oh my god it's Roger's disguises!"), and Dr Penguin.
Bad, bad, bad ep.
1/10 not worth watching, with the exception of seeing the 200 Rogers.
South Park: PC Principal Final Justice (2015)
Yay... the end of the season is finally here.
OMG who else, like me, is so glad season 19 is over. By far this is the worst season of south park ever and I know I am not alone in thinking this. In fact I have scoured the internet to see what other people have thought of this complete and utter trash of a season and the majority say it has been quite disappointing to say the least.
Yes there are the odd few who will always back up south park no matter what (maybe they're ads lol) trying to say that south park only deals with what's relevant and is 'so on point', but for the love of goodness Matt and Trey, please go back to whatever you did in the old days that kept each and every fan in hysterics.
How many people come to south park to learn something? None, or next to none. Why? Because south park is a cartoon it's not a platform to teach people its a platform to entertain, not educate.
Despite the high action drama and education, did we laugh along the way? Honestly? No. It was way to serious and dramatic to be seen as the funny show it once was.
Did we love that south park went with a PC theme? Yes, for the first episode. But beyond that it was just ridiculous.
But last season didn't they have a recurring theme with gluten? Yes, but it wasn't the entire plot. It was mentioned in dribs and drabs. Sure we had the ebola ep, but outside of that it was just a running joke while we got to enjoy Transgender, handicar, 'craig's mom's bush', freemium games and many other things also and not -just- one thing.
But the finale was good right? Um, no. The finale was still filled with the predictable PC/Ad stuff but even though that was expected there were many times when they could have done away with PC principal. Even at the last second when Garisson was coming out to talk I really thought he might just shoot the principal and they'd scan to eric who would say "well, guess that's the end of being PC", but no, none of that happened and in fact he is here to stay. Yaaaa, thumbs down.
What will happen if south park remains more serious and action packed and less humorous and silly? They'll lose fans plain and simple.
Trey and Matt please, please, for the love of god, go back to the vintage ways and fix this crap you've started before it's too late. South park can not preach non-conformity and then conform at the same time. It's just wrong.
South Park: Sponsored Content (2015)
And the award for worst season of any show ever goes to....
OK so I am so glad that I took the time to read other reviews from this season to see that I am so not alone. Sure the lone review here at the moment is nothing but praise for this season, but to be honest I so do not see why.
What is with this whole season? Seriously.
(Cue 'too many minorities at my water park')
What has happened to this show? I don't get it any more. It used to make my laugh out loud and now it's just a bore. The season's dumb, we sit there stunned I'm aching inside and it's just so wrong____
What the heck has happened_____? To my TV show? This was our show, our time and now its a black hole. The episodes wont stop______ I hope and hope that it will change But even Trey and Matt___ continue to put crap___ in my TV show.
We're introduced to a dumb-ass Principal, who took the fun away There are stores we don't even care for, even Garrison's become a snore__! (and who knew that was possible?) It's 20 minutes of hell we can't stand each week and suddenly it's the end of the season that I seek___!
(Soy dudes en serio. Esta temporada chupa bolas .)- Just go back to what you normally do!
What the heck has happened_____? To my TV show? This was our show, our time and now its a black hole. The episodes wont stop______ I hope and hope that it will change But even Trey and Matt___ continue to put crap___ in my TV show.
PC Crap___(not to mention the Principal), Lazy Cartman___, and even some silly advertising stuff.
Matt and Trey please, give all of these great characters another chance.
(end).
South Park: Truth and Advertising (2015)
OK wtf south park?
OK I am actually getting sick and tired of south park. Never before have I wanted a season to actually be over. Never before have I been counting down the days till the end of this crap.
I'm sorry Matt and Trey, I am one of your most loyal fans and I love south park, but season 19 just plain old sucks!
I was hoping this episode would at least have one funny moment in it, but again...it was just crap. I wont spoil it for anyone, but I can't wait to hear what others have to say.
Seriously you guys (Matt and Trey) fix this by season 20 or you'll loose a lot of loyal fans for life!
South Park: Stunning and Brave (2015)
Seriously you guys... worst ep ever.
OK so I did write an entire synopsis but then was ruled out with too many words so Ill just shorten this and tell you what I thought.
This was without-a-shred-of-doubt. the single-handedly worst episode of south park I have ever seen in my entire life (and I do love this show!)
The whole PC thing was way over the top, and despite south parks satirical humour or whatever you call it, this was just dumb because it went totally against what south park is.
Apparently the principal is there to stay??? Um, well he better be going soon and south park better go back to what it was or as a host from a certain show likes to say 'You are the weakest link' and this is me saying 'goodbye!'
Seriously everything from all those detentions for nothing to Eric being all PC to the stupid college dudes was just crap. But don't even get me started on the scene with PC Principal physically assaulting Eric, that was bang out of order.
I don't know what Matt and Trey were thinking (maybe they drank coffee while writing this ep, rather than drinking booze) but either way this had better stop because it is creating an injustice to all those hard- core fans like myself and changing it for the worse!
Magic Mike XXL (2015)
Better then the first.
OK so if you watch this film for nothing but the stripping, a little advice... skip through to towards the end of the film as there is none until then. But you know what? That's actually OK.
So I'll admit I watched the first film for the stripping and walked away loving the plot and realizing that a film still can take me from one place to another by it's conclusion.
So I commenced this film for the sake of seeing what would happen in the sequel. Yeah I wont lie, the chance to see Channing Tatum get his groove on and strip down to as little as possible was part of the appeal, but I truly wanted to see where Mike would end up after deciding to step away from stripping and open up his own custom made furniture business.
So we do open up seeing exactly that. Mike has a business up and running with just one employee, but still he's indulging in his passion. We come to find out that things didn't work out with Brooke and he is, sadly, single again. But rather than let that get him down for the entire film (which believe me, so many films will do) Mike actually seems to be doing OK.
One day one of the guys from the old Kings of Tamper calls him to tell him that Dallas (Matthew McConaughey) has died! So Mike goes to visit them thinking he's going for a wake. Turns out Dallas only left the group and ran off with 'the kid'. Mike seems to revel in being back with his old buddies though and goes home that night and (after turning on some music) proceeds to dance (stripper style) while working. As passionately as you can imagine, part way through his work he tosses everything aside and dances for the fun of it, smiling at the conclusion of the song.
So not surprisingly he decides to join the old Kings of Tamper for a one last hurrah! They take a road trip down to the destination their headed where they will be part of a convention for strippers.
The film just glows from start to end with many fun scenes along the way and not really any moments of sadness at all.
Andie MacDowell stars in an awesome scene where (in her home) she has a few women over drinking and the men arrive. Everyone gets to drinking and lets just say its a lot of fun and a whole lotta laughs!
Jada Pinkett Smith also stars as the awesome Rome (wont say more here, you gotta watch)
And it all culminates in the final climatic strip show that you await as eagerly as you do Harold and Kumar making it to white castle. The only difference in this film is you enjoy every moment of the journey and don't really mind if they take their time, many detours, or even if they would happen to be a month late you're having that much fun!
The final strip scenes are good, however not as good as the first one Ill admit. But you do see Channings (behind) and another guys. Otherwise it's mainly stripping to above the waste action.
But as I said, the stripping was always a small part for me and I loved every moment of it.
Gregory Jacobs... I score you a 9/10! (Which for me this week is quite generous- I've been throwing out 1's and 2's!) The only reason it's not a 10 is because the stripping was better last time. Otherwise a perfect movie and Jacobs ultimately achieves what any director wants to, by allowing us to loose ourselves and leave our lives behind (for just under two hours) and get lost in the *magic* that is Mike XXL- Well Done :)
The Secret Life of the American Teenager: Thank You and Goodbye (2013)
Disappointing finale to a brilliant TV series.
OK so Im not giving it any lower then a 5 but the finale did not deserve higher either.
OK so there already is an awesome review up on here about the show so Ill leave that to you (that person) I just want to address some things you said/asked.
First of all as someone who has watched all of the episodes of both Brenda Hampton's shows (7th Heaven and Secret Life) I have to say, she sucks with finales! The 7th Heaven finale was just as bad, believe me!
But what she does that earns her credit is that she creates shows that are about life and deal with life's issues in a well meaning, family oriented way. The likes of which I have not seen in any other show. (Yes I do love other family shows, but Brenda's warmth in her shows separate them from others). So I hope she brings out another series, because Im there if and when she does.
OK so to address other things.
Why couldn't Ashley appear one last time?
A) I completely agree with you! I actually (stupidly) assumed they'd at least bring her back for the finale. No such luck.
Did Amy actually love Ben or not?
A) It is so hard to guess on this one. I guess the writers wanted it to be 'open for interpretation' (which is just a smart way of saying 'we ain't deciding for you'). In 'my' world, yes she did and they lived happily ever after in NYC. Yes I loved Ricky, but I loved Amy and Ben more then Amy and Ricky.
Did Ricky still have feelings for Clementine or did he simply say he didn't because he wanted to do the right thing and marry Amy?
A) I don't think Ricky ever had romantic feelings for Clementine. I think they were just good friends growing up. She was like a rock to him and vice-versa but he never saw her as anything more.
Not that I care much for high school ceremonies because they're meaningless, but why did this episode not have one?
A) I am sooooooo with you there! I was outraged that we got Ricky, Adrian and Jack's ceremony, but not Amy's? Bens? Grace's? etc. They should have included something even if it was just their names being called out and showing them receiving their certificate.
The show for me became more of a drag from S05E20 onwards Ill admit and it took me an entire week to finally push myself to watch the last 3 eps (not because I didn't want to say goodbye, but rather because I was over it). But Shailene Woodley I am a fan for life! Greg Finley, from day one you had me hooked (for all the right and *wrong* reasons hehe)! Ken Baumann, what a brilliant actor, loved every moment and Darren Kagasoff, you shone for the show I think more then the rest, teaching us all that no matter where we come from or who we are, that we can be whomever we choose.
I thank you Brenda Hampton for your second awesome series! On the series as a whole 10/10! Very very pleased for you (Oh and thank you for bringing back familiar faces too- Beverly Mitchell and Mackensie Rosman (cheeky, cheeky! But loved it all the same).
Her (2013)
More weird as it goes on... and not in a good way.
OK the idea of having a reclusive guy date an OS (Operating System) seems genius at first glance (hence why post trailer watching I saw the film), but this film goes from OK to blah, to sad, to disturbing, to me waiting for the thing to finish.
So we start off with the protagonist Theodore (Joaquin Phoenix) working at this place where, well, he writes letters for those who can't or wont??? I place the question marks as if that is a job, I want it. But I pause here to say, his job, was the highlight of the film, which should say a lot right there.
OK so we find out that Theodore is getting a divorce (though we have to wait forever to actually know this and spend a lot of time thinking he's just a reclusive looser- really guys, a simple 2 minute explanation would have saved him from that tag right then and there. After all a guy going through divorce acting the way he did makes sense). And because he's so lonely, when he comes across an advertisement for a new state of the art AI Operating System, that does everything for you Theo's all 'why not?'
So he gets the program and installs it and yadda yadda (asks for a female voice, goes through a questionnaire including how he doesn't get on so well with his mum? Um???) and he's OS is complete calling herself Samantha.
The pair (as is easier to say) get to know each other and this leads to them getting closer and going out and eventually being an item. (One night they have sex, honestly that was weird).
So up until this point it's pretty much what you'd expect. But then it just plummets as Samantha starts arguing with him, going behind his back to talk to some professor AI thing and then eventually cheating on him with literally thousands of others.
It is so whack, really!
The only saving grace is Theo's friend Amy (who very surprisingly is Amy Adams aka Ms 'How do I know he loves me?' Enchanted- Side Bar: Really starting to like Amy Adams a whole lot). Amy post husband, (because when she's with him shes your typical mentally abused wife) is a stabilizing friend for Theo through everything and even she ends up dating her OS.
Sadly, the OS's end up 'leaving' (though how and why is quite, quite vague) and Amy and Theo take solace in each other. I tip my hat to the writers for not having them doing anything stupid like kiss or whatever, because that would have completely spoiled their moment of 'griveing' for their OS's.
All in all I was sorry I watched this. I admit my intrigue was to watch a guy date an AI/OS and thought I would enjoy it, but nay, I really didn't.
3/10 purely for 1) The idea- To have someone fall in love with an OS. 2) Amy Adams Character and 3) The little kid in Theo's game that has to help him find his way back to the ship or whatever it was.
Her? No... Just...No.
eCupid (2011)
Not really worth the watch
OK so if you are up for a film showing how to deal with getting someone back that you have just broken up with, this film is for you. Otherwise don't even bother.
Marshall has a loving relationship of 7 years with his partner Gabe and even though things are looking good, Gabe doesn't seem to want to have sex as much as his boyfriend. So what does his boyfriend do? He clicks on an app called ecupid answering questions that he is not happy in his relationship and looking for something new.
Well, stupidly the app sends his boyfriend a text effectively breaking up the relationship and we spent the rest of the time watching Marshall regret this and try to win him back whilst constantly being bombarded with text-suggestions from the app that he, for whatever reason, simply can not ignore.
Even for a gay film, this film sucks (and I love my gay films so thats saying something).
The only saving grace is the final 2 scenes where Morgan Fairchild comes in and we are 'lead to believe' (and believe me even thats a stretch) that shes behind the app and so-to-say helps Marshall say everything he needed to say after he 'somehow' ass-dials Gabe, who hears it and comes in to the cafe (where he is with her) and they end up back together.
OK so the big hole here is that Venus (Fairchild) never actually comes out and says "Im ecupid". we just have to assume that the more she talks with Marshall.
All in all a crap film, however the 2nd last scene (cafe- Marshall & Venus, then Marshall & Gabe) and the last scene (Marshall & Gabe coffee shop) were actually good.
As with other films, this one disappointed because it again has the potential to be great, but didn't go there. If Marshall had cheated or something. Or gone out on several dates and then realized they weren't the right guys for him then OK. But this is simply a sad/depressing film that makes you want to jump into the screen when he's trying to push the 'college guy' off him and say "Why not? Enjoy yourself for once!"
In saying that Housten Rhines (Marshall) and Noah Schuffman (Gabe) and even Matt Lewis (Keith) are all good actors and I'm sure in another film they'd be awesome to watch. It's not the actors fault they had such a lame storyline to deal with.
2/10 for the final 2 scenes. But seriously... don't bother.
The Human Centipede (First Sequence) (2009)
Nowhere near as grossed out as you'd expect.
OK so well done to Tom Six for producing a great film, but I have to say after all the hype of 'eew its gross!' and 'you don't want to eat while watching' warnings, I have got to say that if you've seen any of the Saw films, you can eat and drink all you want through this as it is so so so so so easy to watch.
One downfall for me was that I didn't have subtitles during the non- English speaking moments and so I had no idea what was happening in like 3 of the scenes. (So big recommendation, watch with subtitle options).
Otherwise it was a good film and I must say it inspired me to watch the rest.
Insurgent (2015)
A great sequel.
Insurgent is a fantastic follow up to Divergent, however I would recommend watching one after the other as I left a good while between the two and found myself racing to catch up with what was happening at the start of the second one when I watched it at the cinemas (this time I watched 1 and 2 seamlessly and it made more sense).
Not as much simulations in this sequel which to me was a let down as I loved those scenes. But when she did do the sims for the box thing I found that awesome.
Everyone was awesome in their roles, once again Kate and Shailene shone. But I also loved Octavia as she really showed what a true Amity leader would be like.
I also loved when they went into Candor and Tris and Four were on trial. I particularly loved seeing Candor as I imagine I would have chosen that particular faction if I was in that world.
Props to Robert Schwentke for a perfect sequel that (like its predecessor) has me craving more. Can not wait for the 3rd film. 9/10, only because I would have liked more simulations.
The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence) (2011)
Eew, eew, eew!
OK so this version of the series is the one you don't watch with food and drinks!
OMG from start to finish it is so gross. Is it a good film? Yes. It's just quite vile and disgusting. Seriously be prepared for this one.
Laurence R. Harvey is amazing as protagonist Martin whilst camera angles (not to mention black and white lighting)do assist the film would not be what it was without his facial expressions and actions.
Not to mention that he doesn't talk at all in this film which to me is so freaky!
I did not see the infamous rape-scene as for some reason it was cut out of my version, but I saw a small amount of it in a behind the scenes clip. Yeah it is full on, but you have to remember the director is dutch and they are used to more then what we are in western culture.
All in all a quite horrifically, freaky film. So much so that I had to watch behind the scenes when it was done to desensitize myself (and yes I've seen all of the saw films and had no issue with them).
Well done tom six. I wont watch it again but 10/10. Despite the grossness of the film it actually works and is quite powerful.
The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence) (2015)
So, so disappointed
In Tom Six's final sequence of the Human Centipede its hard to not get your hopes up. Especially when Six himself, said this:
"The first one (film) is like my little pony, the second one is like Disney compared to the third one."
So with that in mind, I was so prepared to freak out and possibly have to pause a few times walk away to desensitize and come back. And yet, no such luck. The final film was such a let down that I really feel the 2nd one should be the 3rd film as it is by far the hardest to watch.
The only 2 things that show that this is the 3rd one is the fact that we see clips from film 2 at the start and the centipede in film 3 is bigger. Otherwise we are 'treated' to this western-sheriff guy who is over-the-top dramatic and controlling and... wait for it... that's it.
Big big big let down Tom sorry to say :(
The Covenant (2006)
Best film I've seen in a very long time.
Yep definite plot spoilers.
OMG This film, put simply... Rocked.
From casting decisions (Yay to whom ever cast Steven Straight, he was simply born for the role!) to story-line I had fun all the way. OH and the Lighting! I never comment on lighting because to me, that's a background thing I never care to comment on, but damn the Covenant did really well! Every single scene I just loved the dark lighting, it was perfect.
I started watching this film seeing nothing more than a poster (which is not normal for me as normally I see a trailer or 2) and right from the get go (when they drove the car over the cliff to get away from the cops) I was hooked! I found myself screaming with glee watching the car go over the cliff he he.
The CGI was awesome, from the black-eyes to the execution of powers. OK so Sarah was a little blah, but I can understand why they needed her (not to discredit the actress, I was just personally hoping her character would get powers too).
The final fight scene totally kicked ass. I loved the entire scene!
The only thing that Im really really stuck on is how there is no sequel to this film. Regardless of if you loved it or hated it, the film left open ended as no one knows exactly what happened to Chase. So I feel let down that that specific loose end was never tied up. If anything they should have just left the firemen scene out of the film altogether and just gone from Sarah waking up - to driving off and fixing the windows of the car.
But again I just want to say how much I loved this film! I could watch it 100 times a year and still not be sick of it. Were the guys hot? Yes. But was that why I loved it? No. I genuinely loved the whole magical storyline! Well done Renny Harlin 10/10
Enchanted (2007)
A film you just want to get lost in.
Spoilers.
OK so I'm just gonna say one word... Pip!
Love, love, love him! The whole apple scene, I can't stop watching and I crack up in hysterics every single time I watch it (The first time I was easting something and nearly choked!) especially when he imitates Giselle singing 'True loves kiss', so funny!
The cast was well chosen, but as another reviewer has said we didn't exactly need the girlfriend (and yes I agree having her as a 'girl' friend would have been much better).
Loved all of the songs, especially the one in the park about how you know if he loves you. So, so cute and I so wanna write it down as a list for my next relationship lol.
Amy Adams is perfect for the role, slipping into the role of a Disney princess as easily as a woman slips into a custom made designer gown. Patrick Dempsey also plays his role well and even though she's seemingly destined to marry the prince, you can't help but root for Robert.
Just as much as Amy plays Giselle so perfectly James Marsden is perfectly cast as Prince Edward also easily slipping into the role. And talk about great actors, I had no idea the evil queen was Susan Sarandon until I saw the credits! So way to go Susan! And just now I found out Idina Menzel (aka Ms Frozen and Ms 'Defying Gravity' who I love) was Nancy!
Even now, approx 5 and a 1/2 hours later, 'true love's kiss' is playing in my mind (Giselle and Pip's version, lol) showing just how much of a keeper/stayer the song is.
Well, well done to all simply put a 10/10. I want to get lost in this film. How great would it be to reverse this and for us to wind up in Andalasia?
Divergent (2014)
One of the best films I've seen
OK so I was just so surprised to see all of the negative reviews for this film.
Divergent to me, is simply one of the best films I have ever seen. I saw it at the cinemas and recently saw it again last night (after finally watching secret life of the American teenager and was surprised to see that the actress who pays Amy there is actually the same woman who plays Tris, so well done to her!)
The film/Book's idea of creating a sectioned off piece of America and dividing that piece into 5 sections is, I think, an awesome idea. Furthermore the idea that you and you alone decide which faction you belong to makes it even more awesome. (Personally I'd be a Candor, lol).
Shailene Woodley's portrayal of Tris is sublime, showing how a 16 year old can go from living a life of being self-less to a life of being absolutely fearless! Kate Winslet as the main Villain is also a good choice as she plays the role quite well.
Not to take away from the idea that you need to survive simulations in this world (again an awesome idea), in short I absolutely loved this film.
To the user that suggested this film shuns individuality I don't see how you get that as the film itself shows that Tris is doing everything to embrace her individuality by the end of the film and SPOILER** In the second film you actually find out how good it is that she is divergent.
Well done guys, awesome film. Can't wait for the 3rd one (Naturally seen the 2nd one already!)
Vampire Clan (2002)
Biggest Waste of Time Ever!
OK so this film is, how should I put it nicely? Um- The Biggest pile of crap ever!!!!
OK so I came into this film because I had never seen Drew Fuller in anything aside from Charmed before. I was so excited for it too. Popcorn at the ready I sat with anticipation to see... nothing good!
I kept thinking to myself; It'll get better, It'll get better and yet, it just never did!
And what makes it worse is that they had the POTENTIAL to make it SO much better! When Drew Fullers Character started talking about everyone being a family and (something like) going down to hell/Taking over the world, they really could have just cut out the crap and skipped straight to them actually doing that.
I know, I know (before anyone bites my head off) that this was based on a true story and you have to keep the storyline the same, so OK fine, they so-to-say did that. But seriously it was just terrible!
MY ADVICE: If you want to see Drew Fuller, watch a Charmed episode he's in. Because this... simply put, is a waste of nearly 2 hours!
