Fierce People (2005)
This is not a classic American movie
What we expect from the film industry is not just a retelling of facts, as news is done in newspapers, on television and on the Internet. We expect something more from cinema.
That's why it's called an art.
Nowadays in the media you can see a lot of other people's views, culture, religion, philosophy.
But you can agree with all this, or you can not.
An experienced viewer loves American films because, first of all, they always have a happy ending.
And secondly, thousands of episodes of Law and Order prove that law and order is respected in America.
What's wrong with this film? What self-respecting person could agree with it?
Probably these are underdeveloped schoolchildren or people left behind from civilization. Because once again we want justice and a happy ending.
Evil Stepmom (2021)
"the rich cry too."
This dad and his young daughters live in their carefree, pink world. And here is such an unusual reality - and they are shocked))
Although Caroline says many times that she loves him, they don't really want to believe her. Perhaps this is a family that thinks that everyone only needs from them their connections, or position in society and money.
Caroline decided to change the date place and they went to fast food
She said that they would go to a place "more down to earth." This is strange to me - why is he an adult and not down to earth?
But here it doesn't even say who this dad works. We only see a nice house and a car.
Maybe he got it from his grandparents :-)
Probably, if dad were a handsome young man, more super cool, then this plot would work very well.
In the future, it may well be that his daughters may find themselves in the same situation.
They will fall in love with someone, but the guy's family may not like him, for example, being spoiled.
Initially, the movie did not say that these are women who want a very rich husband.
But then the emphasis turned to the topic "that the rich cry too."
Ninna (2019)
There are many problems, many men, many question
We expected to see a light glamorous comedy, like in the picture of the poster. It turned out there was very little comedy there.
At first it was interesting, then not so much.
First of all, the question arises whether the new guy will want to share her with the boss...
It is difficult to find her connections with her work, why she is there, an unclear relationship with the boss.
Will Nina's boss like her new boyfriend, will she be able to continue working there?
Another question is why her son demands her to repay her debts, if he is a talented musician and should have money..
This is not all pretty pretty good.
