The Pentaverate (2022)
Hard to finish
Completely stupid and not in a funny way. There may have been a few funny segments per episode but too infrequent to make this worthwhile. Definitely Meyers style but it doesn't hold up.
Cowboy Bebop (2021)
Pretty bad
The directing and story I feel are pretty bad. I actually didn't hate John cho in the lead like many others. This just didn't translate well to live action and the vision they had for it didn't work at all and came off a cheesy.
The Batman (2022)
Didn't live up to the hype
It wasn't bad but couldn't catch my attention. I didn't like the Pattinson casting. It's not like he played it bad or just didn't seem to fit. The plot was somewhat plodding and did not culminate well for me. They made a point to let you know that people feared the bat but then seemed to not know who he was.
Lost in Space: Trajectory (2018)
Pretty good except for the Smith writing still
With all the honesty the robinson family seems to do wouldnt it have made more sense for them to tell everyone that Dr Smith was an impostor vs just telling them not to go into the room? Seems like they were stretching for a reason to add problems with Smith and the robot. It was nice to see that her BS didnt work on anyone else at least. The episode in general was pretty good. It will be interesting to see how the next episode goes given the ending of this one.
Lost in Space: Pressurized (2018)
One of the best written ones so far
Are we to believe every time the robot gets a ding in his head (asssuming thats where his CPU or memory is) that it forgets everything? the tarpit scene was pretty good but wouldnt the cavity they were crawling in collapse when he cuts it open, crushing her since she was still under the tar? The helium voice was a nice add.
Lost in Space: Eulogy (2018)
At least the acting isnt terrible
How do trees grow so tall and thick and only have one ring of aging cycle? Ialso dont understand how scientists that are supposedly so intelligent wouldnt want to tell the leaders of the expedition that the planet is dying when they are planning on settling down (before they went to look for the fuel). Smiths character i know is supposed to be unlikable but she is also very annoying. It feels like they try to throw in these plot twists when they really arent necessary. It makes no sense that Vijay would keep one of the biggest secrets of all time because he was embarrassed of a poem he wrote. To impress a girl he never even met before??? At least Don found that picture. "badass princess" might be the best piece of writing in this episode. The robot broke apart like it was a mr potato head figure. Based on how resilient its been so far doesnt make sense either.
