Why Watch "Berserk"?
1 June 2024
Warning: Spoilers
In 2024, when screens overflow with flashy spectacles, "Berserk" stands as a relic-an unyielding testament to our primal desires. Watch it, not for escapism, but to confront the abyss within. Let the blade cut deep, and may you emerge changed.

1. Raw Emotion: This anime doesn't hold back. It bleeds, screams, and rages. You'll feel every blow, every loss, and every desperate gasp for purpose.

2. Complex Characters: Guts isn't a hero; he's a survivor. Griffith isn't a villain; he's a fallen star. Their dance of destiny will haunt you.

3. Artistry and Atmosphere: The animation may be dated, but it's a canvas of brutality. The world breathes-dark forests, crumbling castles, and demonic horrors.

4. The Unforgettable Theme: "Tell Me Why"-a melody that lingers like a curse. It's the heartbeat of "Berserk," echoing through time.

"Berserk" delves into the human psyche. It whispers of sacrifice, where dreams and flesh collide. It screams of betrayal, as friends become pawns in a cosmic game. And it weaves a fragile thread of love-between Guts and the fierce warrior Casca-amidst the chaos.

Meet Guts, an orphaned warrior with a sword that sings of vengeance. His brutal past carved him into a man of steel, yet his heart remains vulnerable. He kills for survival, for pleasure, and for a chance to rewrite his destiny. But fate has other plans.

As Guts battles alongside the charismatic Griffith, their bond fractures. Griffith's ambition knows no bounds, and he strikes a deal with malevolent forces-the God Hand. The Eclipse unfolds-a nightmarish ritual that leaves the Band of the Hawk shattered, sacrificed for power.

A Journey Beyond Darkness & Echoes of Solitude. "In this world, is the destiny of mankind controlled by some transcendental entity or law? Is it like the hand of God hovering above? At least it is true that man has no control; even over his own will." - Skull Knight

And so, the haunting refrain of "Tell Me Why" beckons you. Will you heed its call?

One Fine Day (1996)

"Serendipity in the City: Love Unfolds on One Chaotic Day"
24 May 2024
Warning: Spoilers
The film beautifully captures how life-changing moments often arrive when we least expect them. Melanie spills orange juice on Jack's shirt, and their initial clash sets off a chain of events. As they navigate school field trips, missed appointments, and shared taxi rides, their laughter and vulnerability reveal a connection that defies their busy lives.

Both Melanie and Jack carry scars from past relationships. Divorce and heartache have left them wary. But on this fine day, they let their guard down. Their children-Sammy and Maggie-become unwitting matchmakers. In the chaos, they find solace in each other's company. Love doesn't need perfection; it thrives in messy moments.

As single parents, Melanie and Jack prioritize their kids above all else. Yet, in the whirlwind of spilled coffee and missed deadlines, they discover something unexpected. Love isn't a grand gesture; it's found in shared laughter, stolen glances, and the way their hands accidentally touch. The momentum of life shifts, and suddenly, they're falling-for each other.

As I watch their day unfold, I see the beauty in ordinary moments. Love isn't reserved for fairy tales; it's woven into the fabric of our chaotic lives. Melanie and Jack remind me that vulnerability is strength, and second chances are worth taking. Sometimes, all it takes is one fine day to change everything.

Great Message Towards Family Of Special Childs
19 May 2024
This movie is made at a time when family having special child was tough to handle but at present perspective still it did not change that much. And this film is convey a great message towards those family.

In this movie a person can feel the love, loss, struggle and social restriction all at once. And all the actors in this movie fullfill those criteria to show us the real emotions.

There is also a scene by which you can understand that a special child needs to be looked after all the time. Hope and despair both can be seen in this movie with a great message.

"Nondito Noroke" is a Bengali film that explores the challenges faced by a middle-class family due to their mentally ill daughter. Directed by Belal Ahmed, the movie beautifully portrays family dynamics and societal struggles. The cast includes Sumona Soma (as Rabeya), Ferdous Ahmed, and Litu Anam. "Being John Malkovich": A Surreal Exploration of Identity and Desire
19 May 2024
"Being John Malkovich" is a **bizarre and thought-provoking** film that defies conventional storytelling. While it may not be everyone's cup of tea, its unique premise and existential themes make it a memorable cinematic experience.

**Plot Summary:** The movie follows Craig Schwartz (John Cusack), a struggling puppeteer who stumbles upon a mysterious portal hidden behind a filing cabinet. This portal allows people to enter the mind of actor John Malkovich (played by himself) for a limited time. As Craig becomes obsessed with this strange phenomenon, he grapples with questions of identity, desire, and the blurred boundaries between reality and fantasy.

**What Works:**
  • **Surreal Creativity**: Director Spike Jonze crafts a world where the absurd becomes commonplace. The idea of inhabiting someone else's mind is both fascinating and unsettling.

  • **John Malkovich's Meta Role**: Malkovich's portrayal of himself adds layers of complexity. Is he the actor or the character? The film blurs these distinctions brilliantly.

  • **Existential Musings**: The movie invites viewers to ponder existential questions: Who are we? Can we escape our own lives? What defines our identity?

  • **Maxine's Complexity**: Catherine Keener's Maxine is both alluring and manipulative. Her character embodies desire and curiosity.

**What Doesn't Work:**
  • **Weirdness Overload**: The film's quirkiness can be overwhelming. Some viewers may find it too offbeat to fully engage with.

  • **Craig's Fate**: Craig's decision to live inside Malkovich permanently is both tragic and perplexing. It leaves us with more questions than answers.

  • **Maxine's Ambiguity**: Maxine's motivations remain elusive. Is she heartless or merely pragmatic?

**Final Thoughts:** "Being John Malkovich" is an acquired taste. If you appreciate unconventional cinema and enjoy pondering the mysteries of existence, it's worth a watch. While Maxine's character may not resonate with everyone, her presence adds to the film's enigmatic allure. Ultimately, the movie's main theme-that we all yearn for escape and transformation-is what lingers long after the credits roll.

Challengers (2024)

"Challengers" Falls Short in Character Development and Message
19 May 2024
Warning: Spoilers
"Challengers," directed by Luca Guadagnino, disappoints on multiple fronts. While the film attempts to explore complex relationships and emotional struggles, it ultimately falls flat due to poor character development and a misguided portrayal of sexual tension.

1. Zendaya's Character: A Missed Opportunity Zendaya's character, Emma, lacks depth and nuance. Her actions are inconsistent, and her motivations remain unclear throughout the film. Rather than providing a compelling arc, Emma's portrayal feels superficial and one-dimensional. The film fails to explore her backstory adequately, leaving viewers disconnected from her journey.

2. **Problematic Sexual Tension** The movie relies heavily on sexual tension between characters, particularly Emma and her tennis rival, Patrick. However, this tension feels forced and gratuitous. Instead of enhancing the plot, it distracts from the central themes. Worse yet, it perpetuates harmful stereotypes about women and their relationships. The film misses an opportunity to depict genuine emotional connections beyond physical attraction.

3. **Societal Implications** By emphasizing sexual scenes as a primary selling point, "Challengers" sends a troubling message to society. It suggests that sexual intrigue is more important than character development or meaningful storytelling. This approach undermines the film's potential impact and reinforces harmful norms.

4. **Box Office Success: A Questionable Triumph** Despite its flaws, "Challengers" has raked in significant earnings. Unfortunately, this success seems to validate the misguided choices made during production. It's disheartening to see a film prioritize sensationalism over substance and still achieve financial success.

In summary, "Challengers" fails to deliver on its promise. Weak characterizations, problematic sexual tension, and a misguided focus on box office returns overshadow any positive aspects. Viewers seeking a thought-provoking tennis drama should look elsewhere.

A Little Game" whispers its magic through the streets of Manhattan. Max, a young chess prodigy, learns that life's moves mirror those on the board. Makenna Ballard's debut shines, leaving an indelible mark. While not a grandmaster's masterpiece, its message lingers: forgiveness blooms where footsteps faltered.

Her interactions with the irascible Norman reveal deeper truths:

These movies are the reason for 90s kids to be so Romantic
20 January 2024
This is a movie where you will find how two loving person destined to be together all along. A movie where you will find bonding so strong without any physical interaction. You will understand that love for a person could be so natural.

This is a movie where you will find 90s best romantic medium of Letter sending and recieving. Where poetic conversion was more engaging than todays message chat.

I do not know present times young person will feel this movie or not but if they can understand a bit what it was like to be express love for other without having the world in our hand. Waiting for someone or love someone without seeing her face is something that this present generation will not understand. I just want to say if anyone see this film he or she will be nostalgic for sure and this movie is best for the present generation parents to be hold of.

Il mare copy or Sadia Ayman's Acting perfomence?
23 December 2022
Many will say this movie used ideas from some foreign movies that are already popular and well known, But the interesting thing was this movie gave us some feelings that we felt after a long time.

In this movie we hear some dialogues which will stay in our mind for long and romanticism through landline will be pleasing for 90s people like us. If you feel that this movie's story is taken from other movies then that thinking is okay but think about the feelings which we felt in our own way by seeing this movie. For me this nostalgia part was the main thing.

And acting of Sadia Ayman is top notch, also her voice was so soothing that anyone will fall in love without looking at her face.

Peoples are the only one who can hide pain with a smile!
20 July 2022
This family drama will bring back the memories of the golden past we passed. Where the bonding between parents and siblings are so sweet that every doings seems positive if that was not right to do so. In this drama series the love for the loved ones are focused mainly. If anyone started to watch this series then he or she will feel happiness and sadness at the same time. And that feeling is a good thing for the old people like us now.
