This is so well written and cast shows it's easy to overlook it's other strengths, which are plenty. This is an pre- and post- apocalyptic story... always a risky genre. It's topical. Which is also a risk. Station Eleven manages to be a thoroughly well told and engaging drama despite all that because of it's fabulous cast and a script which remind us we are all human. Sometimes that's sad, hard and difficult, but it also has those incredible moments of humanity... like this. Watch it and if you don't have a little weep at various times, you might need to see a shrink. I hope you agree when you watch it.
