Senua's Saga: Hellblade II (2024)
Cinematic Masterclass
If you didn't like the first one, you won't like that one. It's an experience more than anything.
Senua is now one of my favorite characters ever.
The storytelling is incredible. The audio is exceptional. BEST GRAPHICS TO DATE OMG! The combat is even simpler in principle to the 1st one but it's really brutal as they intended and I liked it but would've been better if there was little less of them (I know it's weird to say). The puzzles are alright, in the first they didn't bother me but this time they made my eyes roll abit by the end.
I can't wait to the sequel for my favorite walking sim.
Agha'zadeh (2020)
A bit great a bit underwhelming
Aghazadeh doesn't do a great job in showing and telling of the story it meant to be in it's name "Aghazadeh"
But it's really good in the part of telling the love story which isn't meant to be the main focus, and that's where it gets bad, it's really that this Series doesn't know how to keep up with the multi-purpose or two main stories at one time, and most of the times this Series has really slow pacing, i don't have problems with slow pacing especially in Iranian cinema as it fits the atmosphere and i love it, but in this case it comes to a point that sometimes i wished that it was a bit faster, not that it's boring but it would've been so much better.
The "TIMELINES COMPLEXITY", exchanging the times and the screenplay are really done well and are great, Acting is good, the dialogues are fine, the soundtrack is amazing, The bond between Hamid (Sina Mehrad) and Razya (Pardis Purabdini) is very good, and Amir Aghayi (Nima) stands out on top.
Black Mass (2015)
"Strong Acting"
The movie is OKAY
But OMG Johnny Depp is full on man!
I really don't care anymore about an academy that didn't make this an oscar nominee, He and most of the cast were so good.
