Although if I'd been him, I'd have let the monster have her much sooner. Nice twist with his back story but Nelly definitely wasn't worth all the trouble.

Totally unbelievable but...

Warning: Spoilers
Rather addicting anyway. It is soap opera-ish, with lots of cliches. Dicte herself is irritatingly know-it-all. The supporting characters are more interesting and add some reality to the whole series. It's as though the writers started with the Dicte-as-Wonder-Woman cliche and thought everyone would love it, ad nauseam. She does grow up a bit during this, she manages to marry Bo - and is perhaps somewhat sobered by having caused John Wagner's death with her misplaced "compassion" - but it remains to be seen if she will actually become an adult, as opposed to a stylish blunderer whose mistakes are always somehow ok. I really feel for Bo, who is now demonized because he slapped Dicte after she accused him of cowardice. I think he was entirely justified. Dicte has failed to show any understanding or patience with him as he deals with understandable guilt and PTSD, and seems to think he should just be "over it" and go back to fun and games - and grovel to her for having raised money to save him. She doesn't acknowledge having done anything wrong, which is typical of her. It's always the other person's fault. I really enjoyed John Wagner and will miss him. I also love watching Rose, her daughter - a beautiful girl who is totally credible and sympathetic. In fact, almost everyone is more sympathetic than Dicte... Now that John Wagner is gone, I'm not sure I'll keep watching, although it's been a nice time-waster.
