... your son cannot act. His physical acting is abhorrent and his vocals aren't much better. Sure, this was a poorly written script but John David Washington did nothing to save this movie. Nice location.

Coming 2 America (2021)

Not a very good sequel but has some laughable moments and should be taken tongue in cheek. Should not be compared to the first movie ... it's more or less a parody.

Morgan (2016)

Sleeper

This is a very good movie. The bad reviews focus on expectations. Morgan is not a blockbuster by any stretch but it is clearly above average fair for sci-fi flick. It deserves better than the 5.8 on IMBD's scale and much better than the bad reviews listed here.

Little Fires Everywhere (2020)

Kerry is AWESOME as usual!

Everyone is jumping all over Kerry Washington's interpretation of the character when the character is supposed to be emotionally compromised due to her life experiences. The angry black person stereotype has been unfairly applied here. Kerry is one of the greatest actresses of our time.

Something's off

Great cast, decent period/era production and good costume design. However, something just ain't right here and it's that great actors are being wasted. I'm leaning towards bad screenplay, writing and directing. And it's very possible that Forrest Whitaker was miscast as Bumpy Johnson.
