Had watched Seal Team so then watched this to see Max Theriot in something else so had pretty high hopes, it was entertaining enough, but the story was so poorly written and predictable.

The show had its moments and has good characters. It had entertaining fire fighting and rescue scenes in each episode but these were sometimes overshadowed my the consistent melodrama.

It had a lot of potential but was let down by poor writing and actors stopping in the middle of a fire to have a deep conversation got a bit tiring. Not sure if there is a season 2? If so I'd watch it but wouldn't rush. If your coming from Seal Team you'll be a bit let down.

Loved it. Great action scenes, plenty of plot twists and is an emotional roller coaster. There is something in it for everyone. Great cast with faultless acting. Haven't binged something like that for a long time!

What the Health (2017)

The most one sided doco ever made

Sorry, but this was painful to watch, you can make a doco about any side to any argument if you only interview people who agree with your argument.

There is no science that a meat based diet leads to Cancer.

It doesn't differentiate between a meal of Grilled Chicken Salad with Feta and a Cheese stuffed meat eaters pizza and deep fried chicken wings.

He says that both the above meals will give you diabetes and cancer.

He doesn't say that the salad version is healthy compared to pizza and wings. Which if not eaten in moderation will lead to obesity.

an Asthmatic who was over weight on the doco was overweight and not healthy because she ate crap and didn't exercise. it was not because she ate animal based protein, it was cause she was lazy and ate crap!
