If one were to devise a formula for box-office-breaking blockbusters, then Red Notice would resemble the hypothetical end product. How else would you describe a frenetic actioner bearing a buddy cop dynamic, headlined by the A-list trifecta of Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot, with a budget believed to be in the range of $130 million to $200 million? However, this particular product has been long set to stream exclusively on Netflix, where it will stand as the streamer’s most expensive feature. Now, the release of the Red Notice trailer touts what that exorbitant bill has bought.
The reluctant team of FBI agent John Hartley (Johnson) and infamous art thief Nolan Booth (Reynolds) find themselves mockingly dubbed “work wives” by their alluringly elusive femme-fatale quarry, Sarah Black (Gadot), a.k.a. The Bishop. Having handily humiliated the duo in their initial encounter, Black affirms her current status as the world...

Jeremy Sumpter, Phoebe Tonkin and Sebastian Koch are in talks to star in director Jim Gillespie’s Take Down, which Radiant Films International is shopping at the Efm.
Production is scheduled to start in April. Pinewood Shepperton’s Pinewood Pictures packaged and is producing the young adult thriller and Steve Christian serves as executive produce. Ed Elbert, Sarah Ryan Black and Stefan Brunner are the producers.
Alexander Ignon wrote the screenplay to the story about a colony of spoiled brats who fight back when armed invaders take over their remote boot camp.

Jim Gillespie, known for the 1997 thriller I Know What You Did Last Summer is set to direct Take Down. The story follows a group of rich kids trying take down criminals who are trying to abduct them from their boarding school. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the script comes from Ransom writer Alexander Ignon and the film starts casting soon with filming taking place this fall in Britain. This I found hysterical to read - "Two of the film’s co-producers, Ed Elbert and Sarah Ryan Black, claimed Take Down could emerge as a vehicle along the lines of The Hunger Games."...
