Without a doubt the best "rocumentary" ever! If you even have a slight interest in The Who this film will entertain and inform. Only the earliest VCR/Beta versions seem to be complete, but hopefully they'll re-release the complete version soon on DVD (certain scenes seem to be omitted from later analogue tape prints). Also remember that the scene of the Who playing "A Quick One" at the Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus was unseen footage at the time "TKAA" was released; it has since been released as part of the complete Rock and Roll Circus. Either way, this film still captures the excitement and energy of one of rock music's truly legendary bands. Highly recommended for all rock music lovers.
