My kids and I enjoyed this movie. My 5 year old is already asking when is it coming out on DVD! I especially enjoyed it because it brought back childhood memories of my siblings and I watching 'Fat Albert' on Saturday Mornings and memorizing the song that the gang sings at the end of the program. Wow what fond memories. This movie also showed how African-American kids could just have simple fun and simple problems without depicting them, as poverty-stricken,drug dealers or gang bangers. The story stayed pretty close to the original storyline and their clothing was a perfect match. I definitely recommend this movie for the entire family- it is really worth the money.
