I remember when I was much younger, my dad was such a fan of Chuck Norris and we used to watch his kick arse films all the time. So when I found this film on the rack at my local video store, I couldn't resist renting it. I wasn't disappointed.
The plot follows the life of a young woman and her grandfather (a Holocaust survivor) who are both expert jewel cutters. One day, the old man is kidnapped by a sinister man who has stolen an ancient Jewish artifact and plans on using the old man to cut design and cut the artifact to his specifications. A chanced meeting with Chuck Norris's Private Investigator character helps save both the life of the grand-daughter and that of her grand-father.
