What is this movie, its so-called "Journey to the Centre (Center) of the Earth. I've seen the 1959 adaptation of Jules Verne's Journey to the Centre of the Earth, I watched on BBC2 on a Saturday, and I liked it. But this- What's this???? I can't compare this adaptation to the book since I've not read the book, but I can compare it to the 1959 adaptation. This movie will definitely not be in my top 250 movies.It's an unexciting adventure with only fair acting, The special effects are almost bad and this probably bears little resemblance to the novel, it definitely bears little resemblance to the 1959 movie. Let's compare this movie to a movie completely different "Carnival Of Souls" (1998) that movie I would choose over this.
