LOVED this episode! Finally no more being jerked around with whose going to be fired next! So, a punk rock star drug addict comes in after coughing up blood. All his symptom point to all the drug abuse he's done. But Thirteen thinks there's more to it. While Amber disagrees causing plenty of arguments.
House jerk the doctors around by pretending to fire 2 at a time. Thirteen and Kutner first. They scramble for ideas and when House hears a good one, forget the firing! But I thought House was serious when he was going to fire Thirteen and Kutner. I was getting so angry.
The drug addict doesn't care if he's dying or not. He wants his youth back and isn't much help for the doctors.
Cuddy and House have a few good scenes together. (You have to love how they play off each other.) In the end, Amber and Thirteen get cut. 2 positions. 4 doctors. I thought Foreman wasn't counted as part of House's team, but he was. And when Thirteen was going to go, I was so angry again. She just had to stay! Plus, an all guy team? That wouldn't work out well.
House wanted to keep Thirteen, but Cuddy wouldn't allow it. Until, she comes back to fuss at House for hiring the 2 men. She wasn't very happy and said to bring Thirteen back.
House played Cuddy and got exactly what he wanted. You have to love it. :) I was pleased Amber isn't coming back. I didn't like her from the beginning, and still don't.
Overall, another wonderful episode! Though I'm not too happy that there won't be another new show until January. I'm going to be going through withdrawals for sure.
