Profit is a profitable viewing experience

I bought this show on whim from good reviews . I did not regret this. Watched a few episodes and eager to finish the whole series. Unfortunately , this show was too sophisticated for the masses. This is a very intelligent show that would transform bad guy J.R. Ewing from back in the day as a warm and fuzzy type. Excellent show with great acting . The plots were intelligently done to impeccable precision. I am glad I took the gamble and splurged for this set because it is awesome. Every character was believable in their role . I liked the fact we got a childhood background on our antihero. Every moment on screen, the lead character Jim Profit is so smoothe yet there is a raging snake lurking inside. It always seems that the people that were onto Mr. Profits shenanigans were the people that would be the 'victim' of Mr. Profits near future shennanigans. Every episode was a well thought 'chess' match. Just a fantastic drama and well written. Would love to see a showdown between J.R. Ewing and Jim Profit... I think Profit would win easy.
