This show is like a little soap but with meerkats as the lead characters. As an audience we are brought into the world of the whiskers and get to know them as we would characters in any other soap.
We follow their ups and downs, births and deaths and Flower tries to keep her family afloat.
Combined with some great narration by Bill Nighy this is a nice show to watch. It's not perfect and seeing some of the meerkats die at times is a bit upsetting but at the end of the day that is nature and the film would not be accurate if it did not show it.
Overall a show well worth seeing if you are an animal lover or if you are fed up of the plots of other soaps.
