There are certain elements and moments here which are interesting. The movie deals with a student moving into Room 404 in a hostel which had a student commit suicide in the past. And then starting to have hallucinations about seeing the student who died, talking to him and so forth.
The movie has its moments but at points is a very tedious watch due to terrible acting at places. The Professor is a major culprit in this area giving away to histrionics at various places. Surprisingly, many posters here seem to rate this as a great performance. And the superfluous/ridiculous treatment of bipolar disorder is another jarring reason.
