Good humor show and still respectful. Unlike predecessors like, "McHale's Navy", "Sgt Bilko" and "MASH", this show does take the time to show respect for those bravely following impossible orders at the whim of politicians safely hiding behind titles and desks. I am not saying those other shows were bad, they were great. Its just this show does take an extra step recognizing personal risks for others...and I do appreciate it. I think the show is well worth my time, so I will give it plenty of kudos and continue to watch. Compared to a lot of the other garbage that finds its way onto the front of my TV set, this show is a shining jewel. I did my twenty and am still working for the military, so anytime I can see a light-hearted show where people in uniform are having a good time and letting their hair down...I can appreciate it. Is it all true? Really - is that an honest concern for something coming out of Hollywood? Really? News Flash - nothing is real coming out of Hollywood. Good Show, and I hope it lasts long time.
