I watched this movie without English subs and it was amazing! I loved every moment in the movie, especially Shankar and Gauri's moments! Like the part where Gauri's arm is burned and Shankar brought her a cream. The way she was looking at him was so sad because he showed her that he cares about her feelings. The best of the best. Also, the part in the song "Tanhai Tanhai" where Shankar braids Gauri's hair
How romantic is that? It's a beautiful movie. Amazing plot and amazing editing. Worth watching it with or without subtitles. The songs and the lyrics are well prepared and good. it's really heartbreaking to see Shankar being mute, servant and get beaten up by Birjwa. He can't even talk to prove his innocence but his eyes say it all. Amazing acting Shahrukh! The part when Shankar is healing and he remembers Gauri is really sad and somehow Shankar makes you feel what he feels. It's just that strong.
