Just returned from the cinema after watching what is probably the worst film I am going to see all year!!!!
The showing was a "success" with no more than 20 people actually in the cinema to watch Mrs Brown's Boys D'Movie!
As a big fan of Brendan O'Carroll and the TV show, I was hoping that I would at least laugh a few times during the film, but I have to admit I barely cracked a smile! There are more jokes during a 30 minute TV show than throughout the 94 minutes that the film runs for!
As what seems to be the norm nowadays, the trailer has all the slightly funny parts of the film in it. The only difference was that the word "feck" was actually used correctly in the film with the E replaced with a U.
I wish I could have got a refund as I am not going to get the 94 minutes back.
Do yourself a favour and keep your money in your pocket as no doubt this will be shown as a Christmas Special sometime soon to save the BBC some money!
