If The Shoe Fits is a 1990 Romantic Comedy starring Jennifer Grey (from Dirty Dancing) and Rob Lowe.

Grey plays Kelly Carter a shy nerdy shoe designer who works for Francisco(played by Rob Lowe) a charming handsome man who is head of Salvitare. Kelly of course is madly in love with him but hasn't got the courage to say it to him as she has an interview with him the next day about her shoe designs. Things take a turn when Kelly bumps into a mysterious French woman while she is going to the interview and the lady asks Kelly for directions.

Seeing Kelly destroy her high heel shoes, the mysterious woman fixes her shoes. One night Kelly decides to put them on as she is attending a ball hosted by Francisco, and she miraculously changes from being a nerdy woman to a beautiful woman.

Problems arises however when Francisco meets Kelly (now going by Prudence)and he falls in love with her as Prudence and wants her to be the face for Salvitare. But will Francisco love Kelly for herself or for Prudence? And how far can Kelly go from being herself to Prudence(her alter ego).

Bottom line this Cinderella adapted tale isn't the best I have seen, but its still a decent film.

Good: The setting is nice and the acting is nicely done too.

Bad: The story has been done to death before but I do love the Cinderella story so I guess that is why I decided to watch it.

Overall its a 6/10.
