Infidelity in society
23 March 2015
John Wayne got a lot of laughs appearing for a few seconds in a pink bunny outfit on Rowan&Martin's Laugh-In. I guess that was the inspiration for Rock Hudson doing more than a few seconds in a pink bunny costume. All part of the plot mind you as he gives chase to a suspected thief trying to steal a valuable necklace.

It all has to do with infidelity in the high society set that Hudson and Susan Saint James are mixing in when McMillan is not a hands on police commissioner. But as we know when crimes hit close to home as they do here among his friends there's no stopping the latter day Nick&Nora Charles from getting involved.

The object is a valuable necklace which may or may not have been already stolen and or pawned. Of course Hudson giving chase a suspected thief in a devil's costume in the bunny suit is quite a good sight gag. Those big feet were definitely not made for foot pursuit.
