I adore this show. But the new season episode seems - and I'll have to watch a rerun to be sure - to have constant, raucous and thoroughly annoying background music that's so intrusive, it drowns out the dialogue at times. Please, please either get rid of the music or tone it down. Otherwise it's absolutely great. I love the way it switches back and forth between the present and the past. And the "real" Lt Kenda has a wonderful wry wit and way of presenting the facts. Carl Marino is superb as the young Kenda and the present day faces and voices of Kenda's colleagues are wonderful and give a great atmosphere of realism to the show. I caught on to this show recently and can't get enough but am still disappointed at the "new" addition of such constant and loud background music.
