Seen at the Viennale 2016: At two occasions in this movie my girlfriend cried. It's pretty hard to get shown by Ken Loach, how disconnected an administration from the needs of their poorest can be. I guess, this movie shows typical effects of the growing elitist politics of the western world. And for sure it will become even worse in future, because the tension between possessors and non-possessors will grow on. Loach shows the despair, if somebody cannot find a job anymore. And he shows that it is becoming more and more difficult to find one. Supply does not meet demand on the job market. Money is much easier to earn today online (financial market, exchange market, property market) than to make money with employees.
