8/10
Watch it more for comedy than a super power thriller

Warning: Spoilers
Super Singh is a well-made entertaining movie for Punjabi audiences of all ages. Diljit Dosanjh hold the movie with his acting charm till the very end. The source of super power is Sikh Turban which empowers the person who wears it with pure intentions. Evil minded group of people are on killing spree to gain hold of this to misuse it to empower them to control others. Accidentally, the Turban reaches far off land of Canada and the residence of the hero. Audience is entertained very well through dialogues and acts of super powered 'Super Singh' are humorous and likable. Movie shows that with great power there is great responsibility. Supermen conceal their faces to hide their identity to save their near and dear ones from dangerous enemies. Story moves from Canada back to Indian Punjab for an interesting climax. The religious importance of 'Turban' is explained. Whenever, the audience might feel the movie is becoming preachy it covered by immediate comedy and action sequences. I personally found the movie entertaining and satisfying as I was not expecting Hollywood type big budget superman stunts.
