The biography of a deranged, sycophantic, manipulative psychopath which nobody wanted or needed

This film is a prime example of what is wrong with modern cinema. Originality? No. Let's try and rehash the story of a murderous cult with the notable absence of anything new, interesting or is in any way improving upon what has come before. The considerable lack of respect for the victims is apparent throughout the duration of this train wreck; with their integration being used only as a sort of pre-massacre pep talk. There was no acknowledgement that these were people with families, lives and aspirations. Only that they provided and target for the knives of the two-dimensional 'protagonists' of the film. If you are looking for a film where the acting is similar to that of a second-rate sitcom, containing gratuitous violence and multiple scenes of people being stabbed to death on the floor of their homes; then by all means, give it a watch. But if you're looking for something slightly more visceral than that, steer clear from biographic stories of sadistic serial killers. Leave that to the people who give House of 1000 Corpses and The Devils Rejects 10/10 and wax lyrically about them.
