This has to be one of the worst films made that is based upon Sherlock Holmes. Why the film had to be given a contemporary setting, heaven only knows! That terrible jazz music doesn't exactly help.
Christopher Lee is a good choice for the Baker Street sleuth but honestly, his voice didn't need to be dubbed. I can't enjoy his performance properly as a result.
Terence Fisher wasted his time and his talent on this rubbish.
