Hong Kong movies are the worst I have ever seen, yes say what you want about today money making movies with a lot of reboot but at least some are trying, Hong Kong is not even trying and this movie is no exception, to add more inbreeding insults let's add characters from everyone favorite game genre and cook any weird story They want.
An all out war has broken out, three police officers are send back in time to protect their president as young age and at the same time build him some confidence. Or something like that it was too much to catch up.
Honestly I have no idea what this movie is about which is typical Hong Kong movies, a lot of weird martial arts and that's it. Eventhough this movie has street fighter characters, but it's more insulting than honoring. Hong Kong movies are dishonorable and get 1/10.
