This is surprisingly terrible on all fronts.
What is shocking is just how bad this is with so many well known actors involved. Corey Haim, Brigette Neilson and a few other very recognisable faces.
This is another one of those teen as secret agent movies which are aimed at kids yet this doesn't have the tone of a kids movie due to the profanity and deaths. There is a scene involving a payed escort!
Just what age group is this for? Its too silly for older kids but clearly not kid friendly.
It seems to be an attempt at a send up of James Bond movies based on the score which must be the worst I have ever heard, its one man on a cheap sounding synth playing an obvious 007 rip off.
It has no excitement, tension or humour to speak of.
Not sure that the MST3K guys could have made this one watchable. Seriously just avoid.
