It's bad. The plot they start to develop about rebels taking the throne turns out to be completely unnecessary, the lady rebel began as a badass and halfway through the movie lost her speech and did nothing but shed a few tears when the moment was supposed to be sad. The male lead went from a jackass to a hero in 5 seconds or less, the zombies could be replaced by angry bees and the result would be the same. Actually, 99% of the characters could just not exist and the result would be the same, they play no role in the development of the, hem, "story". Not every zombie movie is Train to Busan but geez, this was barely watchable. For Korean zombies with actual characters just go watch Kingdom.
