Based on the inspiring and hopeful true story of Brian Banks (Aldis Hodge) who was wrongfully convicted of rape, perhaps the only case of a football player wrongfully accused of the crime. The story also focused on Justin Brooks (Greg Kinnear), attorney pro bono who managed to get the conviction overturned. The film seemed to be generically scripted. Banks was played in a rather bland and subdued fashion.
