Great cult film, for a good reason. It's entertaining and has hungry actors and actresses. Not to mention who filmed it, as I am sure these folks did what they did with ease. I think this has every aspect of horror, a film needs. Acting, story, twists, gore, and a killer. Plus, it's all supernatural. Oh, yeah. Boobs. Not that it needs them. I'd also highly recommend any movie Adam Green is attached to.
