This screwball comedy starring Bing Crosby, Carole Lombard (queen of screwballs), and Ethel Merman is an escapist romp on a desert island that features plenty of music, none of which is much remembered today. Where does the orchestration come from, anyway? All the more reason to see this movie, and "Love Thy Neighbor" ought to be remembered-and practiced-more today. All that's required to enjoy it is a sense of fun and the suspension of disbelief.
