In the aftermath of an alien invasion, an American soldier, Bo (Lee Pace) , awakens suffering amnesia in a cell in Kenya alongside a French foreign aid worker, Nadia (Berenice Marlohe). The two set out seeking refuge somewhere in war ravaged landscape. Large alien robots are attacking Earth and bands of ruthless Kenyan fighters live only to torture, rape and ravage. CGI helps the story as much as it hurts. The sets are exciting , but subject to a limited budget. The cast also features Jason Fleming, Patrick Bakoba and Welile Nzunza.
