Never knew about the existence of this film before today in July of 2020 when watched it on TV.
I was expecting to see some well packed acrion, but instead I've seen a lot ot potential wasted around Hopper, Seagal and Sizemore.
Poor directed low budget film. No wonder I've never heard about it for 20 years.
