He jumped into the Final Destination franchise, which had by now pretty much done it all when it came to brutally wiping teenagers out of existence. He was joined by Eric Heisserer, who wrote the remakes of A Nightmare On Elm Street and The Thing, as well as Lights Out, Arrival and Bird Box.
