Halloweentown is a 1998 fantasy movie starring Kimberely J Brown and Debbie Reynolds . It tells the story of a young girl named Marnie who discovers that she is a witch just like her mother and her grandmother. Of course things happen in Halloweentown as an evil mayor named Kalibar is up to no good.
