It could have been much better without Michael Epps... in my opinion he ruined everything with his idiotic way of acting.
It was supposed to be funny, but the tone of his voice is annoying, his screams are boring and offensive for the ears, his way of whining, complaing is not likeable at all.
I enjoyed watching Ice Cube. His acting wasn't always nice, but for the most part he did a good job.
Eva Mendes could have a better part, some room more, but not everybody would think like that and it's OK.
Anyway, the movie, in the end wasn't so bad, nothing special, nothing new and fortunately it didn't last too much, an intelligent move indeed.
I can't say that I can recommend it, but if you don't have nothing to do, give it a try, maybe you'll like more than I do.
