Animal World (2018)

Keeps you guessing, but does get a little slow.

I went in with no idea of what this movie was, and was immediately in love with the Clown persona of the protagonist and the flashy, bright, video game-esque visuals. Moving further into the plot, I was a little disappointed when things steered away from that. Having said that, I still think the bulk of this movie was interesting and kept me interested. After getting about an hour into the rock-paper-scissors and math talk, though, I started to get a little bored. Overall, a pretty intriguing watch! I loved the ending and how it gives you the final piece of the mystery/how the protagonist really lost his father/why the protagonist sees himself as this Clown.
