So Many Factors
7 February 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Of course, we want the guys who are the regulars on the show to come out OK. Even though things get sorted out and the victims were mostly really bad guys, the specter of racism hover over everything. The Latino community had seen all this before and some of the police made comments that showed what their feelings were. Grissom has a great moment where he tells the crowd that he will present science to them, not attempt to sell them a theory. Brass's culpability is so sad because he is one who recognizes the unfairness. It's also hard to assess too much blame when bullets are flying right and left, and, in his direction.
