The premise of the story is good but it soon degenerates into a mixture of Speed 2,, Grand Theft Auto and Wacky Races !
I dont know who is the more hysterical sounding, Halle Berry here or Sandra Bullock in Speed 2 !
All the cliches are there too, car chases with Halle's car of course running out of fuel and more besides.
A watchable B movie,nothing more.
