Tango Charlie (2005)
8/10
Brilliant concept for framing a war movie
12 June 2021
The film opens with a chopper rescuing a nearly-dead soldier. While flying him back to base, they find and read his diary. That provides the narrative, and so much more, for showing his career and life from his first duty to the battlefield in snow-covered mountains where they found him.

Sets are richly varied and well-crafted for the episodic story. Acting is superb, with particularly fine performances from Bobby and Ajay. This film serves up all the intense action and emotions viewers could ask for. The 2:20 running time passed quickly.
