I picked up the show by randomizer. Didn't expect anything in particular just watched first episode.
It didn't overwhelm me. The animation and design are mediocre and use of cheap 3DCG is all over the place.
But I went on watching. And it got better. Episodes 3-6 are going from first battle of the show to not really battle, but a major conflict for sure. And this midseason part was so warm so nice to watch you forget about bad animation. The atmosphere of the show is cute, not on K-ON level, but cute enough.
And then the antagonist appears. And she is actually great. And the show overall gets better.
Everything resolves in the final episode (obviously). And final episode is the essence of the show, it is a warm-hearted girls growing up and experiencing the World.
If only all episodes were that good. And yeah, plot gets better, but not the animation.
