Biggest issue was no follow up on the source of the hoax. The series pointed out the deadly cost of the exclusive focus on the "Geordi" man angle, how the letters and tapes caused this bias and how it led to more attacks and deaths. No mention was made of the fact that the hoaxer was eventually tracked down and imprisoned.
