This is an interesting film. Instead of following the usual Hollywood formula of pitting one relationship against the other in a normal triangle, the film focuses on introspection, a rare topic found in Hollywood films. Hedy Lamar and Robert Young are wonderfully matched as co-stars, as well all the other players in the film. The movie is tastefully done, and this type of subject matter is seldom, if ever done in 21st century films. Some of life's greatest questions are asked in this film, even though there are no satisfactory answers. A good film to watch with one you love.
